Virtual Turntable
There is a cloud moving animation in the lens-shaped circle during the play of song
and this window gives you the information about the tracks and the basic operating buttons
- play&pause, stop, forward/backward jump, next song play, previous song play, etc.

Cross Fader
The Cross Fader is used to mix two songs from each track manually. It can make the volume change of the two songs according to the user-editable volume profile curve.

Pitch Controller
You can control the pitch of song from 50% to 150%. In this case, Pitch Controller change the pitch
by BPM and you will see the change of the BPM on the virtual turntable.

Function Window
Function Window shows the each function of the DJPAD2020 S/W
- Play List, Scratch pad, Effect Pad, Drum Loop, EQ/Reverb, Mixer.

Volume Controller
The volume Controller of the highlighted turntable is activated independently from the Cross Fader.

Control Window
Control window can make selection of each function part - Play List, Scratch Pad, Effect pad, Drum loop, Sampler and Mixer - and each function window shows up after you choose and click the function button.

Play List

Play List contains the information about the tracks of song for the play. It is the basic function of the DJPAD2020 S/W. It manages the song list, controls each track volume, makes sorting of the songs and inserts the CUE point into a song. In Play List, you can read out the files
for the play from your hard drive or CD Rom in your PC.

CUE Function

In the DJPAD2020 S/W, there is a 10ms-precision CUE marking window, so that user can move the marker and modify the CUE point precisely. So, users can insert the CUE point into a song up to 10 points per one song and save it in the list. If you want to make the more exact point, you can click the "DETAIL" button. The "DETAIL" mode shows you as follows.

BPM Calculator
The another strong function with CUE function is BPM calculator. You can calculate BPM and save the BPM data as a list. There is a BPM button below the play list.

The BPM calculating function is the useful function of the DJPAD2020 S/W. BPM calculation is very easy in DJPAD2020 S/W. This BPM calculation function gives you a lot of applications in DJ re-mixing by the combination with CUE function.

Scratch Pad

DJPAD2020 S/W is the only and unique solution which can make the real time scratch of the digital audio. So users of DJPAD2020 can enjoy the digital audio scratch sound with MP3, CDA and Wave files.
Scrubbing on the touch pad is like the same motion of fingers on the LP record when DJs scratch. Just scrub your fingers on the touch pad of H/W, you will hear the scratch sound and you will see the visual LP will be moved according to your finger movement.

Effect Pad

The nine square blocks are able to contain up to 3 wave effect samples in each area. So, you can put your own samples to the each of nine areas and save it. After the change the mode to Absolute Mode, you can tap your finger on the each divided area of touch pad of H/W. Then, you will hear the effect sound of the saved samples of the area you touch.

Drum Loop

Drum loop generator works like an expensive H/W drum machine, and there are lots of drum sound presets. Drum Loop box contains 8 different areas for drum set ; Hi-Hat, Snare Drum, Bass Drum, High-Tom, Low-Tom, Ride Cymbal, Crash Cymbal, Effect. In preset of drum set file, the basic drum sounds for the each part are already saved. However, users edit the drum sound and composite drum pattern in DJPAD2020 S/W.

EQ/Reverb

This EQ/Reverb control function is offered from the Microsoft DirectX 8.0 and it can control the characteristics of the digital audio-mp3, CD, wave.
You can also control both side of two virtual turntables at the same time-that is possible when checking the coupling box. Coupling mode means that one side gain value is more higher with the other side gain value is more lower. It makes it possible that you can mix the high frequency part-like vocal- of one song with low frequency part-like rhythm section of another song.

Mixer

DJPAD2020 S/W has the mixer console, which can control the various parameters
- volume, pan, mute and route of the digital audio sound.
DJPAD2020 S/W uses the rear channel of the 3D sound card as a monitor route, which is not used in the stereo music. If users want to listen to the sounds from a track or effect pad and drum loop generator, just click the monitor button. Then, users can hear the monitor sound (this sound will be heard only to the users) through the headphone.
